When and how will I be refunded?

There is no need to contact SAPA about canceling your registration. All registrants will receive a full refund, including workshops, via the original form of payment within 60 days.

Can SAPA be postponed?

Due to the uncertainty of travel restrictions both for both civilian and DoD/VA medical providers, it is unlikely that we will be able to reschedule the conference this year.  

How will we handle electing the Board of Directors?

We’re currently talking with SAPA leadership about voting options and will share additional information when it becomes available.
